Thomas Hartmann is Professor Emeritus of English and Religion at Brooklyn College. He taught Renaissance Literature and Religious Studies at Brooklyn College and other CUNY colleges for the past 46 years. Professor Hartmann received his B.A. and M.A. in Philosophy from St. Thomas College and his Ph.D in English from NYU.
